Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Butwal for a Multi Destination Counselor. The Counselor will guide students in selecting suitable study programs, universities, and international destinations while providing comprehensive information on admission processes, visa requirements, and scholarships. Responsibilities include counseling students in one-on-one or group settings, assisting them in preparing application documents, coordinating with universities, and supporting their transition to international education systems. Building strong relationships with students and families will be a fundamental aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in counseling and student guidance, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of international education systems, universities, and visa processes, specifically for Canada, UK, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia
- Proficiency in research and information gathering related to study programs and scholarships
- Organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail for handling application processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience in educational counseling or consultancy will be an added advantage
- Passion for assisting students in achieving their academic and career goals
