Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled SEO Specialist with 3+ years of experience in technical SEO, website analytics, and search performance optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword strategies, website optimization, and SEO tools to improve organic traffic, rankings, and overall digital performance.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to indexing, crawlability, site speed, and broken links
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
- Monitor website performance and track SEO KPIs such as traffic, CTR, rankings, and conversions
- Optimize on-page SEO including metadata, internal linking, URL structure, and schema markup
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and implement optimization strategies accordingly
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with content, creative, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Media, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in SEO or digital performance marketing
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO and Google ranking algorithms
- Experience with tools such as: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio, Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
- Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, keyword strategy, and website optimization
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress
- Experience in high-traffic or content-heavy digital platforms
- Understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, content-heavy environments
