Job Description

Yango Group is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Nepal. In this role, you will review the work of support agents, provide constructive feedback, and help improve service quality across written and voice channels.


You will be responsible for:

• Reviewing the quality of responses provided by support agents across written and voice channels;

• Providing detailed comments for each reviewed case and justifying scores;

• Supporting agents with low quality scores by analyzing mistakes and helping improve performance;

• Compiling reports based on reviewed cases and highlighting inaccuracies or inconsistencies in current procedures or guidelines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• The ability to work in a team and support colleagues;

• A willingness to learn and develop professionally;

• Fluency in English and Nepali;

• Your own laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and reliable power supply, including backup options;

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays • 6+ months of experience in customer support or quality control.
