Job Description
- Lead and manage the workshop technical team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues accurately.
- Ensure all repairs, maintenance, and service activities meet company and manufacturer standards.
- Review work orders, approve repair plans, and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor workshop tools, equipment, and inventory for proper functionality and availability.
- Maintain documentation of repairs, technical reports, and service records.
- Liaise with service advisors, parts department, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement continuous improvement in technical processes and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Evaluate the performance of technicians and provide feedback for skill development.
