Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu, Nepal. The selected candidate will manage customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction across a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. The role also involves maintaining records of customer interactions, providing accurate information, and contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree running or completed
  • Must have technical background
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & technical skills
  • Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions
  • Positive attitude, patience and empathy towards customers
  • Laptop is mandatory
  • Flexible to work in shifts
  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Having own vehicle is a plus
