Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu, Nepal. The selected candidate will manage customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction across a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. The role also involves maintaining records of customer interactions, providing accurate information, and contributing to a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree running or completed
- Must have technical background
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & technical skills
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions
- Positive attitude, patience and empathy towards customers
- Laptop is mandatory
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
- Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
- Having own vehicle is a plus
