Marketing Architect meets Performance Engineer
Are you a performance marketer who speaks fluent GTM and sees a tracking pixel as a data architecture challenge? Do you thrive at the intersection of complex bidding algorithms and server-side tracking?
Cubit Inc. is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Lead to bridge high-level technical strategy with deep-funnel execution. You’ll own the full performance stack from signal integrity to multi-touch attribution ensuring our clients’ growth engines are scalable, incremental, and scientifically sound.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Architect Growth Systems: Build and deploy full-funnel performance strategies prioritising incrementality and LTV over vanity metrics.
- Technical Implementation & Signal Integrity: Lead server-side tracking, owning GTM infrastructure, CAPI, and advanced schema implementations.
- Advanced Campaign Engineering: Manage high-scale budgets across Google and Meta using value-based bidding, automation scripts, and alpha/beta features.
- Data Engineering & Visualisation: Create a single source of truth using BigQuery, SQL, and advanced Looker Studio connectors.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Lead technical A/B testing via VWO, Optimizely, or GTM-based experiments.
- Mentor Technical Talent: Act as the technical North Star, upskilling specialists in data literacy, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Future-Proofing: Implement Privacy Sandbox solutions, first-party data strategies, and AI-driven bidding enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years in high-performance digital marketing, including 5+ years in a technical or lead role managing large monthly spends.
- Technical Mastery:
- Expert GTM (Web & Server-Side), custom JavaScript variables, and complex dataLayers
- GA4 (BigQuery export knowledge a plus), Meta CAPI, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions
- Automation via Google Ads Scripts, Zapier, Make, or Supermetrics
- Analytical Prowess:
- Incrementality testing and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
- Advanced Excel/Sheets (Pivot Tables, Query, Regex)
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes and mentor teams in an agile agency environment.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
