We are a European recruitment group operating across multiple markets, and we are expanding our team with a key role in digital marketing.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist — full-time.
The ideal candidate has solid, practical experience across the tools that drive modern marketing: Meta Ads, WordPress, and AI-powered workflows. You are someone who takes ownership, works independently, and delivers results without needing constant direction.
Your core responsibilities will include:
→ Planning and managing Facebook & Meta Ads campaigns
→ Managing and updating our WordPress websites
→ Integrating AI tools into daily marketing workflows to improve efficiency and output
→ Monitoring performance and reporting on key metrics.
What we are looking for:
→ Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager
→ Working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
→ Fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
→ Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
→ Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
