Metro Supermarket is seeking a creative and result-oriented Marketing & Brand Promotion Officer to strengthen our brand presence, execute promotional campaigns, and support customer engagement initiatives across all branches. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate both digital and in-store promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and seasonal offers
- Coordinate branding activities across branches and ensure brand consistency
- Manage social media promotions, digital marketing, and content planning
- Design and implement customer engagement and loyalty initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments for marketing requirements
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support new store openings, promotional launches, and event branding
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or promotions
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Creative mindset with problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools is an advantage
