Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain monthly social media content calendars for brand as assigned.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and agencies for timely creative delivery.
• Support daily social media execution including captions, approvals, scheduling, community response escalation and performance tracking.
• Execute product campaigns, offers, store promotions and festive/seasonal activations as per approved plan.
• Coordinate influencer/creator collaborations, coupon codes, briefing, posting timelines and deliverable reporting.
• Support product launches, sampling, reels/photoshoot arrangements, marketing samples and event requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, store, warehouse and e-commerce teams for SKU details, product images, pricing, offers and stock-related communication.
• Maintain weekly marketing trackers, campaign reports, competitor observations and monthly performance summaries.
• Ensure brand consistency, accuracy of product claims and timely approval before publishing any communication.
Job Specifications
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Management or similar undergraduate qualification
• Good writing and communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Strong follow-up, documentation and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, retail marketing and FMCG/agri-food products.
• Willingness to travel within Kathmandu Valley for store visits, activations and shoots as required.
