Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kathmandu. The Sales Manager will lead and develop the sales team, set sales targets, and create strategies to drive revenue growth for Tanzeera Tech’s IT and digital solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with technical and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs, and monitoring market trends and competitors. The Sales Manager will track performance using CRM tools, prepare regular sales reports, and continuously refine sales processes to improve results.
Qualifications
- Strong B2B sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex deals.
- Experience with IT or software solution selling, with the ability to understand and explain web, mobile, and custom software services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proven team leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and goal setting for sales teams.
- Solid analytical and planning skills, including sales forecasting, reporting, and use of CRM or sales enablement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the Nepalese business environment and digital transformation trends is highly beneficial.
- Results-driven mindset, high level of integrity, and a customer-centric approach to building long-term partnerships.
