Job Description
The role entails Assistant Marketing Manager, responsible for overseeing all aspect of FMCG Division marketing and supporting role for FMCG marketing Head related to a company’s brand, marketing activities and ensuring that all marketing function and branding decisions ultimately result in stronger sales.

Brand Strategy And Planning

  • Involvement in strategic brand planning & rollout.
  • Draw out innovation plan to drive volume & profitability.
  • Prepare and Implement Brand-wise Annual Marketing Plan.
  • Develop short and long-term marketing campaigns, product launches, budgets, and goals.
  • Build and drive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Evaluate and execute new marketing opportunities/initiate improvement on existing.

Agency Management

  • Handle and manage relationships with various related/required agencies
  • Select advertising and promotion methods, recommend mode & duration of activities.

Market Analysis And Reporting

  • Collect, evaluate & report marketing activities of own and competitor's brand.
  • Conduct research and analysis related to the brand.
  • Prepare, evaluate, and submit periodical reports on activities affecting the market and brand performance.

Performance Tracking And Optimization

  • Ensure achievement of targeted market share & brand health.
  • Track marketing budget and drive brand performance.
  • Design market research for continued learning and optimization across targeting, product, messaging, etc.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work consistently with marketing team members to maintain brand identity.
  • Engage cross-functionally with sales, operations other departments as required.
  • Collaborate to proactively plan marketing support and determine channel mix.

Brand Development And Communication

  • Develop volume and velocity driving programs.
  • Communicate brand and marketing strategies effectively to Marketing Head.
  • Identify and create solutions to problems, maintaining a positive attitude.
