Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented National Sales Manager to lead and manage nationwide sales operations for the company’s personal care and hygiene product line. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor networks, expanding market presence, and ensuring achievement of business targets across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Manage and monitor regional sales operations and distributor performance.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure product availability and market coverage across assigned territories.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and market activities.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits and business reviews with distributors and sales teams.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in sales, with proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of distributor and retail sales management.
- Good leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required.
