Job Description
Job Title : Area Service Officer
Reports To: Regional Manager
Department: Aftersales Service
Job Review:
To ensure high-quality after-sales service across assigned dealerships through audits, training, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct service center audits & assessments to ensure SOP compliance and service quality standards.
- Provide training and on-ground support to service advisors and technicians.
- Monitor service delivery, TAT, and customer feedback (CSI); address gaps and escalations.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements based on audit findings and feedback.
- Support dealers in workshop operations, manpower utilization, and efficiency.
- Manage warranty claim verification and timely submission.
- Provide technical support for complex issues and ensure resolution of critical complaints.
- Track and improve service KPIs (FTFR, repeat repairs, retention).
- Ensure spare parts availability in coordination with dealers and parts team.
- Conduct regular field visits and reporting on dealer performance.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years in after-sales/service operations
