Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Night Auditor role located in Pokhara. The Night Auditor is responsible for handling nightly front desk operations, performing end-of-day financial reporting, processing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. You will also manage cash transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure all daily activities are accurately recorded to guarantee the smooth transition to the next operational day.
Qualifications
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and handling Reservations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Cash Handling and financial reconciliation
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills are preferred
- Fluency in English and knowledge of Nepali; additional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is advantageous
