Job Description
- Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance on printing, converting, and packaging machinery.
- Install, assemble, and align mechanical components, equipment, and production lines.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize production interruptions.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Maintain and repair gearboxes, pumps, bearings, rollers, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Conduct machine overhauls and refurbishment as per maintenance schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions for efficiency improvement.
- Ensure proper lubrication, adjustment, and calibration of machines.
- Coordinate with electrical technicians for integrated troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
