This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhyapur Thimi for an Email Handling Specialist. The Email Handling Specialist will be responsible for managing email communications, ensuring timely replies, organizing email correspondences, identifying priority emails, escalating issues to relevant team members, and maintaining effective communication records. Additionally, the role may involve drafting professional responses, proofreading email content for clarity and tone, and contributing to process improvements in email management.
- Strong skills in Email Management, including organization, prioritization, and task tracking
- Excellent Written Communication and Professional Email Writing skills to ensure clear, concise, and professional correspondence
- Attention to Detail and Proofreading capabilities to maintain tone, grammar, and accuracy in email content
- Time Management and Organizational skills for efficiently handling a high volume of email traffic
- Basic technical proficiency, including familiarity with email platforms and related tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and escalate issues appropriately
- Proactive approach to identifying solutions and contributing to process improvements
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in customer communication or administrative support is a plus
