About the Company:

A leading manufacturing company in Parasi is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead its financial operations, compliance, and planning functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial accounting, reporting, and budgeting processes
Manage cost control, inventory valuation, and production-linked financial analysis
Ensure timely tax compliance (VAT, TDS, income tax) as per Nepal government regulations
Lead treasury management, fund flow planning, and banking relationships
Implement internal controls and support ERP-based financial systems
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cost audit reports
Coordinate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and senior management for strategic decisions

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACCA / Master’s in Finance (MBA)
Minimum 8–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of Nepalese tax laws, customs, and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setup
