Workstation: Jorpati, Kathmandu


This is a full-time, on-site position for our client, a construction and brick manufacturing company. The company is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of ATL/BTL campaigns to promote the Good Brick System across Nepal.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with global guidelines in all marketing materials.
  • Assist in managing social media, campaigns, and influencer collaborations to boost digital presence.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor data, and consumer insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Help organize corporate events and marketing events.
  • Work closely with advertising, media, and creative agencies to develop and deliver campaigns on time.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Provide information to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Accompany potential buyers during visits to project sites.
  • Assist company manufacturer in the sales of bricks and preparation of progress report to the Supervisor (Lead Management).
  • Achieve company-wide targeted sales objectives and sales targets in line with the company goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and 3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and Conferences handling.
  • Good experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
  • Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Multitask and manage priorities.
  • Self-starter and work with minimum supervision.
  • Strong Negotiation skill.
