About the Role
We’re looking for a mid-level Content Strategist who brings both clarity and creativity into their work.
This is an execution-focused role with ownership of specific content areas. You’ll work closely with the Content Lead while independently managing content across channels — from product and lifecycle communication to social media and campaigns.
You should be comfortable not just writing, but thinking about how to say things better, adapting tone, experimenting with formats, and contributing ideas that make content more effective and engaging.
What You’ll Work On
Social Media & Campaign Content
- Contribute ideas, hooks, and formats for campaigns, launches, and brand moments
- Write social media captions, campaign copies, reel scripts, carousel content, and ad copy
- Experiment with storytelling styles and formats to improve engagement
- Work closely with design and motion teams to bring ideas to life
Email & Lifecycle Content
- Write email campaigns, newsletters, and lifecycle communication
- Develop subject lines, hooks, and CTAs that are clear and action-driven
- Support onboarding, activation, retention, and referral journeys
- Draft push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages where needed
- Ensure messaging helps users move forward in the funnel
Website, Blog & Educational Content
- Write and update website copy, landing pages, feature pages, blogs, and guides
- Translate product features into clear, user-focused explanations
Product & Content Clarity
- Work with product and Customer Experience teams to identify user friction points
- Simplify complex concepts (e.g. exchange rates, delivery types, key features)
- Improve content so users can act with confidence, without second-guessing
Content Research & Improvement
- Review customer feedback, support queries, and performance insights
- Identify gaps, confusion points, and opportunities for improvement
- Suggest and implement content changes across touchpoints
Ownership & Ways of Working
- Own specific content areas end-to-end (e.g. social, lifecycle, or product flows)
- Manage multiple content requests and switch between formats efficiently
- Prioritize tasks and adapt as requirements evolve.
- Maintain quality while working at speed.
- Work closely with the Content Lead for direction, feedback, and alignment
- Collaborate with cross function teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity, tone, and structure
- A strong sense of ideas — you think in hooks, angles, and formats, not just sentences
- Ability to adapt writing across formats (social, email, product, website)
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly
- Detail-oriented and consistent in execution
Plus Point
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital products
- Experience working with design or motion teams
- Understanding of user journeys, funnels, or conversion-focused content
- Familiarity with analytics or performance-driven content
