Job Description
  • Prepare and review student visa application documents for the UK, Japan, and New Zealand.
  • Guide students in collecting all required documents, including academic, financial, personal, and sponsorship documents.
  • Verify documents for accuracy, authenticity, and completeness before submission.
  • Assist students in completing visa application forms and online visa submissions.
  • Coordinate with admission teams, counselors, and partner institutions to ensure smooth application processing.
  • Maintain and update country-specific visa documentation checklists for the UK, Japan, and New Zealand.
  • Communicate with students regarding missing, incomplete, or incorrect documents.
  • Draft, review, and format Statements of Purpose (SOPs), cover letters, and sponsorship letters as required.
  • Ensure compliance with embassy, university, and immigration requirements throughout the application process.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of all student applications and documents.
  • Track application progress and regularly update internal databases and records.
Job Specification
  • +2 or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an abroad study consultancy (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of visa documentation and application processes for the UK, Japan, and New Zealand.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, email correspondence, and other basic computer applications.
