Job Description
Job Descriptions- Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets within modern trade accounts and retail chains.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key modern trade customers and store management teams.
- Ensure proper product listing, shelf visibility, merchandising standards, and stock availability across assigned outlets.
- Coordinate and execute in-store promotional campaigns, product displays, sampling activities, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Monitor stock movement, replenishment requirements, and sales trends within modern trade outlets.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and coordination with distributors and logistics teams.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and shelf presence.
- Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product supply and promotional support.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, outlet performance reports, and market intelligence updates.
- Assist in sales forecasting, promotional planning, and implementation of growth initiatives.
- Support in negotiating display placements and promotional visibility opportunities within assigned outlets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in modern trade sales, FMCG, beverage, or liquor industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Good understanding of modern trade operations and merchandising practices.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel as required for market visits and account management.
