  • Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets within modern trade accounts and retail chains.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key modern trade customers and store management teams.
  • Ensure proper product listing, shelf visibility, merchandising standards, and stock availability across assigned outlets.
  • Coordinate and execute in-store promotional campaigns, product displays, sampling activities, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor stock movement, replenishment requirements, and sales trends within modern trade outlets.
  • Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and coordination with distributors and logistics teams.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and shelf presence.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product supply and promotional support.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, outlet performance reports, and market intelligence updates.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, promotional planning, and implementation of growth initiatives.
  • Support in negotiating display placements and promotional visibility opportunities within assigned outlets.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in modern trade sales, FMCG, beverage, or liquor industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • Good understanding of modern trade operations and merchandising practices.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting systems.
  • Willingness to travel as required for market visits and account management.
