Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Strategist and Content lead who can plan, create, and execute marketing ideas across social media and digital platforms, while also guiding the team to maintain consistent brand communication.
This role requires someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but actively thinks, analyzes competitors, and drives growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Planning
- Decide what content to create daily/weekly
- Plan reels, videos, banners, and campaigns
- Align content with clinic goals (leads, awareness, trust)
2. Social Media Management
Oversee and manage:
- TikTok
- Ensure consistent posting and engagement
- Improve reach, followers, and conversions
- Edits videos and shoots videos and content
3. Creative Direction
Decide:
- What videos to shoot
- What banners/designs to create
- What captions and hooks to use
- Guide video editor/designer on execution
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of social media trends
- Creative thinking (not just execution)
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads
- Content writing & copywriting skills
- Leadership & team coordination
- Analytical mindset (what works, what doesn’t
