Job Description
At AITC International, we are building the future of IT services, but technology means nothing if it’s not communicated effectively. We are looking for a Content Creator Intern who possesses the unique ability to turn static moments into moving experiences.
We don't want someone who just hits record. We want a creator who understands the psychology behind a visual hook, the rhythm of a good edit, and the strategy behind a brand’s voice.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shooting & Content Creation
- Assist in video shoots and photography for both internal branding and client projects.
- Apply basic principles of framing, composition, angles, and lighting to capture high-quality content.
- Ensure all raw footage is clean, stable, and usable before moving to editing.
2. Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form content using CapCut.
- Work on basic to intermediate edits including trimming, transitions, captions, and audio syncing.
- Optimize content formats for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Coordination & Planning
- Support coordination between the Social Media and Content teams.
- Help ensure content being created matches posting requirements and timelines.
- Assist in organizing files and preparing content for scheduled posting.
4. Research & Learning
- Research content trends, competitors, and brands to understand what works and why.
- Observe and analyze high-performing content styles and formats.
- Contribute ideas based on trends and insights.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- A portfolio (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, or Drive folder) showing your content skills.
- Basic to good proficiency in CapCut (mandatory).
- Interest in content trends, storytelling, and social media.
- Ability to understand and analyze content performance.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with mobile photography/videography (DSLR/Mirrorless is a plus, not required).
