Job Description

One of the leading manufacturing companies is seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Executive to support cross-functional projects across operations, product development, sourcing, and business expansion. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are capable of independently driving projects from planning to execution.


Position Summary

The Project Executive will work closely with management and different departments to ensure smooth execution of strategic and operational projects. The role requires strong coordination, research, analytical thinking, and execution capabilities. Candidates should be highly organized, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute projects related to manufacturing, sourcing, operations, and business development
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, supplier research, and industry trend analysis
  • Support product development processes, including sampling, feedback tracking, and coordination with vendors
  • Maintain project trackers, reports, documentation, and progress updates
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders for timely execution of tasks
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Assist management in strategic planning and execution of special projects
  • Handle follow-ups, coordination meetings, and communication with stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business insights for management review


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, manufacturing, sourcing, or related functions
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel and work in field environments when required
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and adaptability


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, footwear, or supply chain industries
  • Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems
  • Understanding of vendor management and procurement processes
  • Exposure to sustainability initiatives or production operations will be an added advantage.
