Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Deputy Business Head to lead and scale our Snacks division while driving new business initiatives and projects. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial thinking to expand market presence, improve profitability, and launch innovative product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Leadership (Snacks Division)
- Drive overall P&L responsibility for the Snacks category
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Monitor sales performance, pricing strategies, and distribution effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for product expansion and portfolio optimization
- New Projects & Business Development
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities and partnerships
- Lead feasibility studies, market research, and go-to-market strategies
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to commercialization
- Explore diversification into adjacent categories or markets
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term business strategy
- Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear KPIs and milestones
- Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Operations & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams
- Ensure efficient production planning and inventory management
- Drive cost optimization and process improvements
- Marketing & Brand Growth
- Partner with marketing teams to strengthen brand positioning
- Oversee product launches, promotions, and consumer engagement initiatives
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
