Job Description

Straw Holdings is looking for a proactive and professional Client Communication Executive to manage communication with clients, ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients, and maintain strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients through calls, emails, meetings, and messaging platforms.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups professionally and on time.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as social media, design, content, video, and marketing teams for client requirements.
  • Prepare meeting notes, updates, reports, and communication summaries.
  • Maintain proper communication records and client databases.
  • Ensure timely delivery of work and communicate progress updates to clients.
  • Handle client complaints or concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-up sessions with clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Professional attitude and strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing company will be highly preferred.

Working Hours

  • Sunday to Friday
  • Office Hours: 10 AM-6 PM
