Job Description
Straw Holdings is looking for a proactive and professional Client Communication Executive to manage communication with clients, ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients through calls, emails, meetings, and messaging platforms.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups professionally and on time.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as social media, design, content, video, and marketing teams for client requirements.
- Prepare meeting notes, updates, reports, and communication summaries.
- Maintain proper communication records and client databases.
- Ensure timely delivery of work and communicate progress updates to clients.
- Handle client complaints or concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-up sessions with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
- Professional attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing company will be highly preferred.
