We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager who understands the recruitment industry and can actively generate international business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our global client network.


Role Overview:


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and business development activities to attract international clients for recruitment services. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing company and possess strong knowledge of international recruitment markets, lead generation, client acquisition, and branding strategies.


This role requires a highly motivated professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities who can represent the company professionally in global markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate international recruitment clients.
  • Identify and approach potential overseas employers, agencies, healthcare providers, educational institutions, hospitality groups, and corporate clients.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and business partners.
  • Promote recruitment services to clients in countries such as the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Canada, and other target markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client hiring requirements and ensure successful candidate delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver professional business proposals, presentations, contracts, and marketing materials.
  • Attend international business meetings, virtual conferences, networking events, and recruitment expos when required.
  • Manage company branding and digital marketing activities to improve visibility and client engagement.
  • Oversee social media marketing, website promotions, paid advertising campaigns, and content strategies related to recruitment services.
  • Maintain CRM systems, sales pipelines, and client databases accurately.
  • Negotiate service agreements and close business deals with international clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual business development and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with management to develop expansion strategies for new international markets.
  • Ensure all marketing and client acquisition activities comply with recruitment industry standards and regulations.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client acquisition within a recruitment agency or staffing company.
  • Proven experience in generating international recruitment clients.
  • Strong understanding of overseas recruitment processes and international labor markets.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Professional, confident, and business-oriented personality.


Desirable Skills

  • Existing international client network within recruitment or staffing industries.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, hospitality, education, construction, or care recruitment sectors.
  • Experience handling B2B international marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of UK, European, or Gulf recruitment markets.
  • Strong social media branding and lead generation skills.
  • Ability to create marketing strategies that increase company visibility globally.
  • Experience in proposal writing and contract negotiation.
  • Multilingual skills will be an advantage.
