Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Officer based in Birgunj. The primary responsibilities include achieving sales targets, generating and managing leads, collaborating with channel partners, and providing excellent customer service to drive business growth. The Senior Sales Officer will also contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies while ensuring customer needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong focus on fostering customer satisfaction.
- Experience with Lead Generation and managing sales inquiries effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Understanding of Sales Operations to monitor sales processes, define targets, and track performance.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in the commercial vehicle industry would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must have own two wheeler with a valid driving license
