Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Bāgmatī, Nepal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing sales team, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and achieving revenue growth targets through customer engagement and successful deal closures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track sales metrics and trends
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams towards achieving and exceeding sales targets
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the technology or software development industry is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work under dynamic and target-driven environments
