The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. The role is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing initiatives for multiple clients across different industries.
The position involves managing campaigns across key digital channels, including social media, search, email, and web, while ensuring that client objectives, campaign KPIs, and performance targets are met. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will oversee content calendars, prepare campaign briefs, coordinate with designers, writers, and developers, and ensure the timely delivery of digital assets and campaigns.
Daily responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, optimizing paid ads and organic content, preparing reports and insights, and presenting clear recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, supporting digital strategy development, and staying updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in digital marketing strategy and campaign management, including hands-on work with social media marketing, SEO, SEM/PPC, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in content planning and coordination, including managing content calendars, briefing creative teams, and ensuring brand consistency across channels.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting or advertising platforms.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance based on data and insights.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, content, development, and client servicing teams, to deliver integrated digital marketing solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, campaign results, and recommendations clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 2–4+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in an agency or multi-client setting. Senior or lead experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
