As we transition our product ecosystem into the intelligent era, we are looking for a visionary AI Developer to lead the integration of advanced artificial intelligence capabilities into our core enterprise web applications, while simultaneously revolutionizing our internal development and QA processes.
In this role, you will be the core architect responsible for making our .NET MVC and SQL Server applications "AI-native." You will build intelligent user-facing features like automated analytics dashboards, AI-driven workflows, smart notifications, and interactive conversational/voice agents. Concurrently, you will own the automation of our Quality Assurance (QA) ecosystem using AI-powered pipelines to increase software reliability and shipping speed.
Application AI Feature Development:
Design and implement an AI-driven Analytics Dashboard that pulls relational data from SQL Server and surfaces natural-language summaries, predictive insights, and trend forecasting.
Develop proactive, context-aware AI alerts and anomaly detection engines to notify enterprise users of critical business changes.
Build and integrate context-rich Conversational AI (Chatbots) and AI Telephony/Voice Calling features into the application using modern LLM APIs and communication platforms.
System Integration: Architect secure, low-latency API connections between our core .NET MVC backend and external AI models (OpenAI, Azure AI, or open-source LLMs).
Data Engineering: Work closely with SQL Server databases to design schemas optimal for data retrieval, and implement Vector Databases for semantic search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Internal AI Process Automation (DevOps & QA):
Architect and execute an AI-driven QA system capable of automatically scanning code changes, generating test scripts, predicting regression risks, and executing end-to-end user path testing.
Optimize internal engineering efficiency by implementing custom AI prompt guardrails and automation scripts inside our CI/CD pipelines.
Technical Requirements
Core Engineering: Strong command of C#, .NET MVC, and Web API. Deep expertise in SQL Server, including writing highly optimized queries and stored procedures to handle high-volume business data.
AI Stack: Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and frameworks like Semantic Kernel (for .NET) or LangChain. Experience setting up RAG pipelines.
Voice & Chat: Hands-on experience with conversational UI design and telecommunication APIs (e.g., Twilio, AudioCodes, or dedicated AI calling infrastructure).
QA Automation: Experience with testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium) along with an understanding of AI-assisted testing methodologies or test generation platforms.
General: Solid understanding of vector embeddings, RESTful APIs, and cloud architecture (Azure or AWS is a plus).
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
A "product mindset"—the ability to look at an ERP or business flow and understand how AI can make it simpler for an everyday end-user.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with existing .NET development teams.
