Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist, based in Kathmandu. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, supporting the sales team, maintaining strong customer relationships, and executing marketing campaigns. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to drive business growth is a critical aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify opportunities and devise tactical plans.
- Experience in Sales and an ability to support business development initiatives.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is a plus.
