Role Description

BTL Executive at BrandLogiQ role is responsible for executing and managing on-ground marketing campaigns for multiple clients across industries. This role requires strong coordination between clients, internal creative teams, and external vendors to deliver high-impact brand experiences. The key role is bringing campaign ideas to life through seamless execution and proactive problem-solving. 


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Marketing Strategy & Alignment

· Deeply understand each client’s brand guidelines, target audience, and marketing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

· Collaborate with clients to define the "Why" behind a campaign - whether it’s brand awareness, lead generation, or product sampling.

· Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions

2. End-to-End Campaign Management

· Translate marketing briefs into detailed execution plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and location scouting.

· Supervise the production of all marketing collateral (POSM, banners, stalls) to ensure they meet the premium quality our clients expect.

· Manage on-ground teams to ensure they are properly trained to represent the client’s brand professionally.

· Troubleshoot real-time issues and ensure smooth execution 

· Manage promoters, supervisors, and field teams 

3. Client Relationship & Service Excellence

· Maintain proactive, daily communication with clients to provide updates and build trust.

· Act as the client's advocate within the agency, ensuring internal creative and operations teams stay aligned with the client’s vision.

· Handle client feedback with a "problem-solving" mindset, ensuring 100% client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Data-Driven Reporting & Insights

· Collect and analyze on-ground data during and after campaigns.

· Maintain proper documentation for each project 

· Provide strategic suggestions for future campaigns based on on-ground observations.



Required Skills & Competencies

· Strong client communication & relationship management 

· Excellent coordination and project management skills 

· Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven agency environment 

· Problem-solving and quick decision-making on ground 

· Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer engagement 


Qualifications & Experience

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a marketing agency or a brand-side marketing role.

· Portfolio: Proven track record of managing successful BTL campaigns or activations is a plus.
