Role Description:

Dolphin Dive Technology, a growing U.S.-based company is looking for a Mid-Level AI Software Engineer focused on research-driven AI and real-world model integration.

This role goes beyond just building models—you will research, design, optimize, and deploy AI systems that directly power production applications.

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Software Engineer. If you’re passionate about building intelligent systems and deploying them into production environments, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Work On:

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and copilots for business workflows
Research and experiment with Machine Learning, Deep Learning & NLP models
Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms
Design, train, and optimize AI/ML models & recommendation systems
Integrate AI models into .NET (C#) / Python-based applications
Build and deploy scalable AI systems and microservices
Work with Azure AI, Azure ML, Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines
Develop NLP, computer vision, and intelligent automation solutions
Ensure smooth integration with databases like SQL Server & Redis
Monitor, maintain, and improve production AI models
Leverage modern AI development tools and workflows

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in AI/ML development
Bachelor’s (or higher) in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
Strong programming skills in Python or .NET (C#)
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with Python libraries
Experience in model deployment & system integration
Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Strong analytical thinking and research-oriented mindset
