We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing. What You’ll Be Doing


  • Plan, launch, optimise, and report on paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic.
  • Own campaign setup including tracking, trafficking, and audience strategy.
  • Work closely with Account Directors to deliver sharp insights and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate across global teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution and innovative solutions.
  • Manage daily performance, budgets, pacing, and optimisations.
  • Produce standout reports that include actionable insights and competitor analysis.
  • Be the go-to expert in media platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360, StackAdapt, and more.
  • Support, coach, and upskill other team members.


What you’ll need?


  • Experience in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment.
  • A strong track record in paid search and social, ideally across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and YouTube.
  • Knowledge of programmatic platforms like DV360, StackAdapt, and Adobe DSP.
  • Solid understanding of digital tracking, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Great communication skills, you’ll need to be comfortable presenting to multiple stakeholders and handling technical questions.
  • Experience working across international markets.
