4. Technical Leadership & Quality Control
- Supervise chemical production lines to ensure adherence to strict quality specifications and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing root-cause analysis (RCA) for any deviations in safety or quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and a "safety-first" mindset.
5. Operational Efficiency & Sustainability
- Identify and execute cost-reduction strategies through raw material substitution or energy-saving technologies.
- Manage waste-treatment protocols, ensuring zero-harm discharge and promoting "green chemistry" initiatives where possible.
