Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for the role of Sales Supervisor, located in Thamel. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales operations, lead and train sales teams, monitor performance metrics, and ensure service or product delivery meets customer expectations. Additionally, the role requires creating strategies to achieve sales targets, maintaining a continuous feedback loop with the team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
