Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Assistant at Himalayan Front by KGH Group, located in Pokhara. The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, including equipment upkeep, building repairs, and implementing preventive measures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the property. The role requires collaboration with other staff to address maintenance issues promptly, providing seamless support in maintaining the hotel’s facilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure the proper functioning of systems and equipment
- Building Maintenance skills for addressing structural and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
- General Maintenance skills to support day-to-day upkeep and manage a variety of practical repairs
- Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and provide updates on ongoing tasks
- Attention to detail, reliability, and an ability to work independently
- Prior experience in a maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality sector, is an advantage
