Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Kathmandu. The successful candidate will identify potential clients, present and promote products and services, and build long-term relationships with customers. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting client follow-ups, understanding customer needs, and representing the company's brand professionally. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to improve services and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve targets and influence clients effectively
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building capabilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills to confidently discuss products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Understanding of the aesthetics and anti-aging industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
