Job Title: Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive who will in one of two business verticals: Real Estate (Square Estates) and Recruitment Services (Ace Talent Recruitment). This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, enjoys client interaction, and wants hands-on exposure to sales in both property and HR industries.

  • Real Estate Sales Executive Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in generating and qualifying leads for residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct market research on property trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
  • Support senior sales agents in property listings, client meetings, and site visits
  • Communicate with potential buyers and investors via calls, emails, and social media
  • Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and property details
  • Help create and manage property marketing content (social media, listings, brochures)
  • Coordinate property viewings and follow up with prospective clients
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their investment or housing needs

Requirements

  • Strong interest in real estate and sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing/social media is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
