Job Title: Sales ExecutiveRole Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive who will in one of two business verticals: Real Estate (Square Estates) and Recruitment Services (Ace Talent Recruitment). This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, enjoys client interaction, and wants hands-on exposure to sales in both property and HR industries.
- Real Estate Sales Executive Key Responsibilities
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads for residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research on property trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
- Support senior sales agents in property listings, client meetings, and site visits
- Communicate with potential buyers and investors via calls, emails, and social media
- Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and property details
- Help create and manage property marketing content (social media, listings, brochures)
- Coordinate property viewings and follow up with prospective clients
- Build relationships with clients to understand their investment or housing needs
- Strong interest in real estate and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing/social media is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Practical exposure to premium real estate sales
- Understanding of property investment strategies
- Client handling and closing techniques

- Source and screen candidates for internship and job opportunities (local & international markets)
- Post job ads on various platforms and manage candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and potential candidates
- Assist in business development by reaching out to companies for internship partnerships
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Interest in HR, recruitment, or business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess candidate profiles and match them with client needs
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with cold outreach and client interaction
