Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Nepal. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with clients to promote NepaTronix's IoT and robotics solutions. Key responsibilities include generating leads, presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Salesperson will support customers by providing exceptional service and ensuring product satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Knowledge of IoT, robotics, or technology-based solutions to provide valuable sales insights
  • Proven experience in sales, including lead generation and closing deals
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer needs and handle objections effectively
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English and Nepali is beneficial
  • Previous experience in the technology or education sector is advantageous
