Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator located in Kathmandu. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for crafting engaging content tailored to various platforms, designing and implementing content schedules, monitoring audience engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. The role also includes collaborating with the marketing team to create strategies that align with the company’s branding goals while staying updated on current trends in social media.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, Copywriting, and Editing
Understanding of Social Media Strategy, Audience Engagement, and Performance Analysis
Experience with Graphic Design Tools, Content Scheduling Platforms, and Visual Storytelling
Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Branding, and Campaign Execution
Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Organizational Skills
Ability to stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Experience in multimedia content creation (e.g., video editing, animation) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
