Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong design sensibility and practical experience in creating engaging digital experiences across mobile apps, websites, and graphic design materials.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of user-centered design, visual hierarchy, branding consistency, and modern interface trends. Experience with micro animations and interaction design will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design and improve the user interface and user experience of our website and app platforms.
Create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.
Develop design solutions based on business goals, user behavior, and stakeholder requirements.
Produce UI mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and final design assets.
Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility and smooth implementation of designs.
Conduct user research, review feedback, and identify opportunities to improve usability and engagement.
Design supporting graphic assets for digital use, including banners, promotional creatives, icons, and other branded materials.
Incorporate micro animations and interaction details to enhance the overall user experience.
Present concepts, drafts, and design directions to internal teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar design role.
Strong skills in Graphic Design.
Experience in App UI/UX Design.
Experience in Website UI/UX Design.
Mid-level experience with Micro Animations / Interaction Design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital products and visual design.
Good understanding of layout, typography, color, spacing, and modern design systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good time management and the ability to handle multiple design tasks efficiently.
