Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UX/UI Designer based in Kathmandu. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for developing engaging user interfaces, creating detailed mockups, and enhancing user experiences. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, translating ideas into intuitive designs, and ensuring visual consistency across digital products. The role also involves working closely with front-end developers to implement designs seamlessly.

Qualifications

Expertise in User Experience (UX) and User Interface Design to design intuitive and user-centric digital experiences.
Strong skills in Visual Design and creating detailed Mockups that align with brand guidelines.
Proficiency in Front-End Development techniques to ensure seamless design implementation.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe Suites, Figma, relume or similar applications.
Ability to perform user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus
