Marketing Manager (Business Development) – NepalAt EPA Global, we are expanding our presence in Nepal and are looking for a Business Development–focused Marketing Manager to drive student acquisition, partnerships, and regional growth.
This is a front-line revenue role, not a backend marketing position.
Nepal (On-site | Field-intensive role)
To develop and scale the Nepal market by building strong institutional networks, agent partnerships, and direct student sourcing channels, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
- Build and manage school, college, and institutional partnerships
- Identify and onboard local agents / channel partners
- Drive student acquisition through direct outreach and network building
- Conduct seminars, career counselling sessions, and on-ground activations
- Coordinate with internal admissions & operations teams for application closures
- Develop city-wise expansion plans within Nepal
- Track and improve lead-to-enrolment conversion funnel
- Represent EPA Global in local events, fairs, and partner meetings
- Monthly student enrolments / application numbers
- Conversion ratio (Lead → Application → Enrolment)
- Number of active institutional tie-ups / partners onboarded
- Revenue contribution from Nepal market
- Event-to-conversion performance
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development / Student Recruitment
- Strong network within schools, colleges, or education ecosystem in Nepal
- Proven experience in field sales / partnerships / market expansion roles
- High ownership mindset with target-driven approach
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience in overseas education industry is highly preferred
