This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Officer based in Birganj. The Sales Support Officer will assist the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations, supporting client inquiries, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role includes handling administrative tasks, resolving customer issues, and providing analytical support to improve sales operations. The Sales Support Officer will closely collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals and drive business success.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations to support the sales team and ensure seamless processes
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate data and improve sales strategies
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage or related industries is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently under minimum supervision
