Job Description

The Office Runner / Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day office, logistics, and warehouse activities. The role ensures efficient movement of documents and goods, accurate receiving and dispatch of materials, and proper organization of warehouse stock to support smooth trading and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily office errands such as document delivery, customs docs submission and bank visits.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing office and logistics documents
  • Receive incoming shipments from service providers and transporters
  • Verify received goods against delivery notes and packing list.
  • Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately to the supervisor
  • Assist with unloading, labeling, and proper storage of goods in the warehouse
  • Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Assist with stock checks and basic inventory control activities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch according to customer orders
  • Ensure correct quantities, packaging, and documentation before dispatch
  • Coordinate with drivers, courier companies, and logistics partners for deliveries
  • Assist in loading goods for dispatch while following safety procedures
  • Follow company policies related to safety, security, and confidentiality
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management to support operations
Job Specification
  • Minimum High School Diploma (+2) or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
