Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Perform data entry and update company records with accuracy.
- Operate computer systems and office software efficiently.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical documents.
- Assist with routine administrative and office support tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service.
- Monitor emails and respond to routine correspondence as assigned.
