Job Description

Nepa Mirror is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator & Call Handler to support daily administrative and customer communication activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Perform data entry and update company records with accuracy.
  • Operate computer systems and office software efficiently.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical documents.
  • Assist with routine administrative and office support tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service.
  • Monitor emails and respond to routine correspondence as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Specification
  • Minimum qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a computer operator, receptionist, customer service, or call handling role is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer operations.
  • Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
