Role: Manager – Brand, Marketing & Retail Experience
Organization: House of SALT – Fashion & Retail Brands

Role Overview
The Manager – Brand, Marketing & Retail Experience will define and lead the brand identity, storytelling, and customer experience across all House of SALT brands and retail formats.
This role ensures every interaction—online, offline, and in-store—reflects the brand’s promise. You will drive initiatives that make customers see, feel, and experience the brands meaningfully, combining creativity with strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities
1) Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and maintain each brand’s identity, positioning, and tone.
- Develop compelling brand stories and visual language.
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, offline, and retail.
- Keep the brand relevant by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
2) Content & Social Media Leadership
- Lead content strategy for campaigns and social platforms.
- Oversee content calendar planning and campaign execution.
- Guide photoshoots, creative concepts, and storytelling initiatives.
- Ensure all visual and written content aligns with brand identity across:
- Social media
- Websites & e-commerce
- Retail visuals & campaigns
3) Retail Branding & Visual Merchandising
- Own the visual direction of stores across fashion, beauty, and kids’ segments.
- Plan and execute:
- Store displays & window themes
- Visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
- Store décor, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Continuously improve in-store customer experience and engagement.
4) Promotions & Retail Campaign Execution
- Strategize and implement retail promotions, sales, and campaigns.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are consistently executed in-store.
- Align visual communication with campaign goals.
5) Community & Event Development
- Build and nurture communities around brands.
- Plan and execute engaging initiatives including:
- Brand events, launches, and activations
- Loyalty member and influencer events
- Store-based experiential campaigns
- Create meaningful touchpoints beyond transactions.
6) Loyalty & Experience Activation
- Design loyalty programs and exclusive experiences.
- Engage customers through curated events and interactions.
- Improve retention and repeat purchases through memorable brand experiences.
7) Cross-Team Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams:
- Merchandising & buying
- Retail operations
- Digital & e-commerce
- Marketing & creative
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand marketing.
- Strong storytelling, creative, and visual sensibilities.
- Retail experience with exposure to visual merchandising and in-store activation.
- Community-driven marketing mindset.
- Ability to execute campaigns end-to-end while balancing strategic oversight.
- Data-aware but creatively strong and proactive.
