This is an on-site, full-time Branch Manager role located in Dhankuta. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth within the branch. Key tasks include managing staff, implementing operational procedures, analyzing market trends, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the regional and central teams. You will also be accountable for maintaining quality service delivery and ensuring the branch's compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Team leadership and management skills, including staff supervision and performance evaluation
- Proficiency in business operations, sales management, and customer relationship management
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of IT and internet service technologies is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Dhankuta with a hands-on approach to managing branch operations
- Prior experience in a managerial role, especially within the ISP or IT sector, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
